Pricing FAQ
Yes — always. Free delivery and free pickup is our policy, not a promotion. It applies to every rental, every day, everywhere in Tulum. Our main competitor charges $300 MXN extra for delivery, which makes our actual total cost lower even though our base rate is slightly higher.
Yes. We accept all major cards through our online booking system — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and local Mexican cards. We do not add any card surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay. Cash is also accepted on delivery if you prefer.
The weekly rate ($1,500 MXN) covers 7 consecutive days for one bike. That works out to $214 MXN per day — a 33% saving versus the daily rate. If you want multiple bikes for a week, the weekly rate applies per bike.
For most standard bookings, no deposit is required. For longer rentals (monthly) or large group orders, we may request a small refundable deposit. This is handled through our booking system and is fully refunded at the end of your rental once bikes are returned in good condition.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a small fee to cover logistics. For same-day bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes — children's bikes are 20% off all standard rates. So instead of $320 MXN/day, a child's bike is $256 MXN/day. This discount applies to daily, 2–3 day, weekly, and monthly rentals. Helmets and baby seats for children are always free on request.
Yes. Groups of 10 or more bikes receive custom pricing. WhatsApp us with your group size, rental duration, and dates and we'll send you a quote within the hour. We've handled groups up to 70 bikes for corporate retreats, weddings, and tour operators.
Yes. Every bike comes with a quality lock at no charge. Helmets (adult and child sizes) are available on request at no extra cost. Baby seats are also free on request and fit our adult cruiser frames. Just mention what you need when booking.
Minor roadside issues (flat tyres, chain problems) are covered by our on-call technician between 10am and 4pm daily. WhatsApp us the location and we'll come to you. For issues outside those hours, we'll arrange a replacement bike the following morning.
Absolutely — just WhatsApp us. Extensions are calculated at the applicable rate for the new total duration. So if you booked 1 day and extend to 7 days, we'll apply the weekly rate to the full period and adjust the charge accordingly.
